Gábor was inspired by his own inner voice to start working with geometry and later with mandala drawing. He has always been fascinated by symmetry and the motifs that repeat yet remain constantly changing. How do I flatten the print?
1.Method: Weighing Down the Print
Clean Workspace: Ensure your workspace is clean and free of dust or debris.
Unroll the Print: Carefully remove the print from the tube and unroll it on a flat surface with the image side down.
Protective Layer: Place a sheet of smooth paper or tissue paper over the print to protect it.
Apply Weights: Use heavy objects like books or weights on the corners and middle of the print to flatten it.
2. Method: Rolling in the Opposite Direction
Rolling: Gently roll the print in the opposite direction of how it was originally rolled.
Secure with Rubber Bands: Use rubber bands or stickers to hold the roll in place.
Leave for an Hour: Let it sit for about an hour before unrolling it
Are there any special care instructions for the print?
Please carefully remove the print from its box or tube. Always hold it by the edges, and if possible, place a soft paper or cloth underneath and on top to help prevent oil stains and damage.
Do your prints come framed?
No, all prints are sold unframed. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that best complements your space.
What is the recommendation for framing?
Just Get it simply framed. We do not recommend to place Gabor’s mandalas behind glass panels because of their genuine gloss emitted by the metallically glowing paper.
Do you offer personalized items for sale?
Personalization is available for a limited selection of items. You can add a text of up to 60 characters for a personalized touch. Just enter your text in the personalization field; it will appear beneath the picture. Please contact us with the specific request.
