Buyer's rights and obligations.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on distance contracts, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the ordered product(s) within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods.

The withdrawal period for a product purchase contract: "expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the product." In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall not be charged any costs other than the cost of returning the product.

The Service Provider shall refund the purchase price to the Buyer immediately after the goods are returned, but no later than within 14 days. The Service Provider shall only be obliged to refund the full purchase price to the Buyer if the product is returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

The Buyer shall bear the costs resulting from damage to the packaging. The Service Provider shall not be liable for goods lost during return. In the absence of the goods, the Seller shall not be liable.

The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the product and delivering the replacement product when exercising the right of exchange. Procedure for withdrawalIf you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw by electronic mail to the following e-mail address: info@gaborsmandalas.com, or you can exercise it by completing and submitting the "Withdrawal from the contract" online form available in the web store (the form can be found at the bottom of this page).

The online withdrawal form is continuously available on the website during the entire withdrawal period. Using the form, the Buyer can provide their name, the data necessary to identify the order or contract, their e-mail address, and their withdrawal statement

You exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline if you send your withdrawal statement by e-mail or submit it via the online withdrawal form before the expiration of the deadline specified above

After receiving the withdrawal statement, the Service Provider will send the Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement by e-mail. The confirmation includes the fact of withdrawal and the date and time of receipt of the declaration. We will refund all payments made by you within 14 days, including shipping costs. The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the consumer has confirmed beyond doubt that it has been returned.

We accept returns for all orders that meet the conditions specified above, provided that they are in perfect condition. This means that they are unopened and unused.
